People pretending to be officials of AMIN have been using a stationery with a list of names of people who are allegedly officers elected during a supposed "4th Congress".

This stationery with the said list of officers, were used in the chain of letters sent to AMIN President Prof. Moy Edding, and signed by a certain Timuay Alim Bandara who claims to be AMIN President.
