This is in reference to the HB2721 entitled ( AN ACT CREATING THE MUNICIPALITY OF SULTAN TAMBILAWAN BAYAO IN THE PROVINCE OF NORTH COTABATO) we need to supporth these creation which was authored by Cong Mujiv H. Hataman, Cong Datu Pax S. Mangudadatu and Cong Simeon A. Datumanong all of mindanao solons, the problem now is racial discrimanation between muslim and christian here in Municipality of midsayap the mother municipality of sultan tambilawan bayao municipality which violated its resolution issued favoring the creation of new town,despite of these the lgu midsayap planning and already filed the bill for its convertion into city which contradict to the creation...it is clearly shows that the descrimanation is still practice to these country..now im urging the ANAK MINDANAO REP MUJIV S HATAMAN to stand and fight for the separation of the Moro people into new municipality from LGU MIDSAYAP which is inline to the LGC OF 1991

The group pretending to be AMIN had a good blooper to begin year 2008. They once again reminded us why some people calls them AMIN Clowns. They issued another "official statement" dated December 28, 2007, that has the following heading:
OFFICIAL STATEMENT OF THE NATIONAL COUNCIL OF THE FOURTH CONGRESS OF ANAK MINDANAO REGARDING THE “OCTOBER 19, 2007" RESOLUTION OF THE GROUP OF MAHMOR N. EDDING ON THEIR CONTINUED CLAIM OF THEIR LEGITIMACY
(and on the last part of this "Official Statement," they stated):
"But the 5TH National Council meeting of the Fourth Congress could not expect more from the kind of group which Edding belongs.
So, we will not take such resolution (October 19, 2007) seriously. Hence this statement is just a sharing of the Council’s collective sentiments and shall we say laughter.
Unanimously approved by the 5TH National Council meeting of the Fourth Congress."
There's the catch, you have an "Official Statement" that is just all along "a sharing of collective sentiments...and LAUGHTER..."
And they unanimously approved and made official - their collective laughing sentiment that is.
What a way to start the year laughing!

The AMIN Clowns
Hi I am an AMIN member and supporter in Misamis Oriental. I am closely following the developments within the AMIN organization and that of the Batasan Bombing. I just find it disgusting for people claiming to be AMIN to ride on the theory being peddled by the PNP implicating Cong.Mujiv Hataman to the Batasan Bombing. These AMIN Clowns ride on it like it is the bus that they are all waiting for a long time. They happily jump on it while almost everyone believes on the innocence of Cong. Mujiv Hataman. In fact even Chief PNP Razon said that they do not have any material evidence that would link Cong. Hataman to the Batasan Blast except for the statement given by former Mayor Jamiri. But, Jamiri has already retracted his statement.
Now, there are only three entities left who believes in the theory implicating Cong. Mujiv Hataman to the Batasan bombing - The PNP, the late Cong. Akbar's relatives who has political ambitions and the AMIN clowns, led by a certain Alim Bandara.
It is now becoming clear that this AMIN pretenders will just jump on anything that will give them the oppurtunity to slander leaders of AMIN Party list on any given issue, at any given time. They will now bite hook, line and sinker on anything the Government will angle just so they can make an edge. So they think.
When the dust of this matter subsides and the truth ferreted out, let's see if these AMIN pretenders can still have the face to claim themselves as AMIN. But somewhere I heard these people got four inches thick of skin on their faces. Ah, but maybe that's just the mask, or the make up. Let's wait and see, let's just wait and see.

I have, out of curiosity, just recently looked at the "fake" AMIN website that I have read about here. I don't know whether I should be aghast or amused by what I found there. Their most recent article (written on Nov. 15 and posted on the website on Nov. 17) is at the very least a strong insinuation that the recent bomb attack on the House of Representatives was ordered by the late Cong. Akbar's political rivals: "Surely those who were behind this condemnable act are those who will politically benefit most."
It is appalling to note how easy it is for these people to publish their conclusions even while the investigation of the incident is still ongoing. While the family of the late Cong. Akbar himself have time and again called for cool heads and steady hearts, the writers of the fake AMIN website have been quick to jump the gun, to the point of implying that the attack on the house came from within: "Let us not allow the tribe of the murderers to increase be it inside the Congress or outside."
However, while I am a mere spectator to all this, a taxpayer and a sympathizer to the cause of bringing peace and economic stability to Mindanao, I have decided to keep distance from poseurs like the creators of the fake AMIN Website. I find it amusing that the authors of this fake website appear to think they can dupe people into thinking that theirs is the real AMIN website. I spotted no less than 5 grammatical errors in the first two sentences alone of their "Statement of Condemnation" which to me looks like it was written by someone who has just discovered a thesaurus for the first time but did not know what a dictionary was for, and was definitely absent the entire semester when sentence construction was being tackled during English 1.

Hi, I'm from Iligan City and a supporter of AMIN. I'm just disappointed about how people claiming to be AMIN are the ones destroying AMIN here in Iligan. I know a lot of them.
I'm just wondering how these people can still claim to be officials or part of AMIN when they condemn the duly elected representative of AMIN to Congress, Congressman Mujiv Hataman. And now, the majority of those they claim to be their officers had declared their 4th Congress illegal!
Figure this out, they don't have a congressman to speak of, and majority of the officers they claim to be theirs have turned their back on them and declared them illegal, what legitimacy can they claim now? What can they present to support their claim that they are legitimate AMIN, - their banners,? their flags,? their slogans,?
I suggest that they better stop claiming to be AMIN, because here in Iligan they cannot even take a position on issues, much more mobilize a hundred. They better build their own partylist than continue clinging on to a party that they themselves are destroying.

I am a supporter of AMIN since I was still in the Philippines until now. I was one of those who voted for AMIN in the overseas voting. This is my first time to visit this site and it is very informative. Thank you for this site, it gives us updates about whats going on with AMIN and in Mindanao. Keep up the good work and to Cong. Mujiv, Mabuhay Ka.
And by the way, thanks for the announcement about that fake AMIN website. It is clear that it is fake for you could not get any info on that site about what AMIN is doing but only accusations and black propaganda, nothing more. This people should be ashamed of themselves, while they claim to be AMIN, their website is obviously made only to discredit and destroy AMIN.
