Rep. Mujiv Hataman of AMIN Party List and Rep. Faysah RPM Dumarpa of Lanao del Sur had filed two different bills on anti-Discrimination. Their bills are now being consolidated into one.

FULL TITLE : AN ACT CRIMINALIZING CHEATING AND OTHER DISHONEST ACTS RELATIVE TO THE CONDUCT OF BAR EXAMINATIONS AND IMPOSING STIFF PENALTIES THEREOF
ABSTRACT : The bill declares it unlawful for any person to possess a copy, or part of a copy of any questionnaire of the Bar examinations and for an examiner to allow any person to have access to a Bar questionnaire or part thereof or to divulge the contents of such questionnaire.
